Mankind has exploited the medicinal properties of plants for thousands of years. In this talk Tim Walker, former Director of Oxford Botanic Gardens & accomplished speaker, will show that plants are used regularly to relieve suffering and cure diseases.
Meetings
The Henleaze Garden Club usually meets on the first Wednesday of each month except for July and August. Meetings feature expert speakers who cover a range of horticultural topics.
Meetings are held at St Monica's main hall in Cote Lane. In parallel, we are offering live streaming to members for most talks.
All talks start at 7.30pm, doors open at 7pm.
