Meadows - making your grass work for you and for nature

Saul trained with the National Trust in Cornwall and then at Kew Gardens so has an enormous breadth of plant knowledge. He is a member of the team at the Gardeners' World show and co-hosts a lively gardening podcast with Lucy Chamberlain. Saul is the Head Gardener of Stonelands House in Dawlish, Devon where he is responsible for 10 acres. He will be talking to us about wild flowers, meadows and how we can use our lawns to benefit pollinators.

David is an international Garden Designer, Author and Broadcaster. He has been awarded eleven gold medals at Chelsea and is the author of twenty two books. He has designed a garden for Bobby Moore in the 70's and more recently for the Duchess of Rutland at Belvoir Castle. He will be telling us about the changes in fashion and design in gardens of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.
